City Boy Movement Affirms Cubana Chief Priest's Leadership

The City Boy Movement has issued a statement confirming that only Paschal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, is recognized as the leader in Imo State. This statement comes in response to recent online discussions suggesting attempts to replace Francis Uzor, the state coordinator, with Eric Uwak, a special adviser on youth affairs.

The movement clarified that there is no ongoing leadership review or appointment process in Imo State and emphasized that any claims of parallel leadership are unfounded. The organization maintains that its leadership structure is disciplined and follows defined procedures for appointments.

The City Boy Movement also urged its members and the public to disregard unverified reports that could create confusion within the organization. The focus remains on strengthening grassroots mobilization in preparation for the 2027 general elections, supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's vision for national development.
