Evelyn Onome Oyom Triumphs at 10th Enugu Ladies Open Golf Championship

Evelyn Onome Oyom concluded her tenure as the President of the Ladies Golfers Association of Nigeria by winning the 10th Enugu Ladies Open golf championship. The event, held at the Enugu Sport Club Golf Course, featured 50 female golfers from across Nigeria.

Oyom emphasized the health and unity benefits of golf, highlighting the growth of women's golf in Nigeria. Nkiru Agbogu, the captain of the Enugu Golf Club's ladies' section, commended Oyom's leadership.

Dr. Lami Ahmed IBB symbolically handed over leadership to Oyom, who expressed humility and dedication to promoting women's golf.
