Osimhen Expresses Frustration After Juventus Defeat

Victor Osimhen, the 27-year-old vice-captain of the Super Eagles, shared his frustrations following Galatasaray's 5-2 defeat to Juventus in the UEFA Champions League playoff held on Tuesday night in Istanbul. Despite contributing two assists in the match, Osimhen was seen furious on two occasions.

His anger was particularly evident when Galatasaray turned the game around to a 3-2 lead, which he felt was insufficient against a strong team like Juventus. He highlighted the importance of scoring in the second leg to ensure Galatasaray's progression to the last 16 of the Champions League.

Osimhen acknowledged Juventus as one of the best teams in the world and emphasized the need for his teammates to remain focused and work together to secure goals. He concluded by noting that Galatasaray will travel to Turin for the return leg against Juventus next week, following a trip to Konyaspor.
