Manchester United Targets Victor Osimhen Amid Transfer Plans

Victor Osimhen remains a transfer target for Manchester United as they search for a new centre-forward this summer. Galatasaray, his current club, has reportedly placed a €150m valuation on the Nigerian international.

Manchester United is prioritizing a striker after several alternative targets became unavailable. They have already signed Andrey Santos, Youri Tielemans, Karl Darlow, and Tynan Thompson.

United is also assessing options up front, including Benjamin Sesko, who is recovering from a shin injury, and Joshua Zirkzee, who may return to Italy. Osimhen is considered United's "dream" signing to provide manager Michael Carrick with an elite No. 9, but his valuation poses a significant challenge.

Other forwards linked to United include Robert Lewandowski, who has joined Chicago Fire, and potential targets Danny Welbeck and Ivan Toney. United is also pursuing a third central midfielder, with Alex Scott and Manu Koné being key targets.
