Oyebamiji Promises Inclusive Governance for Osun 2026

Bola Oyebamiji, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Osun State, has pledged to implement inclusive governance that considers the interests of non-indigenes in the state. Speaking during a public engagement meeting with members of the Arewa community in Ibokun, Obokun Local Government Area, Oyebamiji emphasized the importance of adopting a structured approach to foster participation from all segments of society.

He assured residents that his administration would actively involve them in policy formulation and implementation, aiming to bridge the gap between the government and grassroots communities. Oyebamiji's commitment is aimed at ensuring that public policies reflect the direct needs and inputs of the people, which he believes will enhance sustainable development goals (SDGs) and overall benefit the populace.

The election is scheduled for August 15.
