Gov Alia Leads Tribute to Late Audu Ogbeh, Praises Legacy of Leadership and Integrity

Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia led a tribute to the late Audu Ogbeh during a valedictory session at the State House Assembly. Ogbeh, a former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 78.

Governor Alia praised Ogbeh's statesmanship, leadership qualities, and dedication to serving the people of Benue. Ogbeh, a former national chairman of the PDP, was celebrated for his integrity and commitment to development.

House Speaker Alfred Emberga also lauded Ogbeh's record as a principled leader and effective legislator. Ogbeh's political journey was highlighted as a legacy of service and activism for the people of Nigeria.
