Sea King Criticizes Igboho's Silence on Oyo Attacks

Olumid Ogunsanwo, popularly known as Sea King, criticized Sunday Igboho, a Yoruba nation agitator, for remaining silent after a recent attack in Oyo State. This attack involved the abduction of teachers and students from a community high school in Ahoru, Esinlorin Local Government Area, on May 15, 2026.

Sea King shared his views in a video posted on his Instagram page on May 17, 2026, following the release of a video showing the beheading of a teacher identified as Michael Oyedokun. Sea King urged Igboho to speak out against the insecurity in Yoruba land, stating that his silence, despite a presidential pardon, is not an act of bravery.

He criticized Igboho for not taking action against the bandits and highlighted that his previous promises to lead 50,000 men to eradicate banditry in Yoruba land have not materialized. Sea King also noted that Igboho's name was removed from the federal government's wanted list three months prior, following his return to Nigeria after nearly five years in exile.
