Pastor Questions Tonto Dikeh's New Prayer Ministry

Pastor Andrew Emajere of COGA Ministries has publicly questioned Tonto Dikeh's decision to establish a new prayer ministry in Abuja, expressing concerns about the increasing number of individuals entering Christian ministry without adequate qualifications. Emajere specifically asked what spiritual knowledge Tonto Dikeh possesses that justifies her opening a prayer ministry, noting the significant investment of 300 million naira in her church.

He advocated for stricter screening processes for individuals wishing to establish churches, stating, “If I become president, before you can open a church you must pass through screening.” Emajere also compared the situation to Islam, questioning whether similar developments would be tolerated within that faith. He further criticized Tonto Dikeh's rapid transition from entertainment to Christian ministry, questioning her legitimacy as a General Overseer and the implications of public figures leading ministries without proper grounding.

His remarks included a critique of women in leadership roles within Christianity, suggesting that it contributes to confusion in the faith.
