PDP Faction Sues IGP Over Sealed Secretariat in Abuja Legal Battle

The legal battle between factions of the PDP continues as Kabiru Turaki's faction takes the Nigerian Police Force to court seeking to unseal their national secretariat in Abuja. The sealing of the secretariat occurred after clashes between Turaki and Nyesom Wike's factions during a scheduled meeting.

Wike's faction had rejected a court order restraining the party from holding its national convention. The lawsuit aims to compel the police to remove barricades and allow access to PDP offices nationwide.

Taofik Arapaja, the PDP National Secretary, supports the motion with an affidavit.
