PDP Passes Vote of No Confidence on Adeleke’s Deputy and Party Officials

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Nigeria has passed a vote of no confidence on the deputy of Senator Adeleke, as well as indicted former National Secretary Professor Wale Oladipo and PDP Chairman Hon Olasunkanmi Makinde. The decision was made during a constituency meeting accusing the deputy of hobnobbing with a member of the House of Representatives who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In response, Professor Oladipo dismissed the resolution, claiming it lacked authority. The move has caused internal strife within the party, with concerns raised about the potential danger it poses.
