PDP Postpones NEC Meeting Amid Rising Defections and Legal Battles

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has postponed its 103rd National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting due to internal developments and legal challenges. This comes as key members, including governors and lawmakers, defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Governor Nyesom Wike seeks a court order to halt the party's activities. Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah and Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefa have reportedly finalized plans to defect.

The legal battle involves a rejected court application by Justice James Omotosho.
