Kogi PDP Chairman Confident of Party's Resurgence in 2027 Elections

The Kogi State Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Muham Sanni Gambo, has expressed optimism about the party's strong comeback in the 2027 general elections, aiming to defeat the ruling party in the governorship contest. Gambo highlighted the existing infrastructure from the PDP's previous rule as a key factor in their potential success.

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde also made similar remarks after meeting with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, suggesting that the PDP could spring a surprise in the 2027 elections.
