Enugu Governor Highlights State's Infrastructure Growth

During the 4th annual Innoc Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Impact Legacy Lecture held on Thursday, March 19, 2023, Peter Mbah, the Governor of Enugu State, recounted the substantial infrastructural advancements made in the state over the past three years. He noted the construction and rehabilitation of hundreds of kilometers of roads, the establishment of 260 smart green schools equipped with digital learning tools, and the rollout of primary healthcare centers powered by renewable energy.

Mbah's remarks followed a session at the UK-Nigeria Project Agglomerate Compact Dinner in London, where he showcased various economic opportunities in Nigeria. He emphasized the importance of these developments for attracting investments and promised to deliver on commitments made during his visit.

The lecture also featured Dr. Sam Amadi, former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, who humorously addressed the confusion surrounding names in public life, using the example of Innoc Chukwuemeka Chukwuma.
