Peter Mbah Names Rachael Okonkwo and 100 Aides in Enugu

Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has appointed Nollywood actress Rachael Okonkwo as Senior Special Assistant on Film and Creative Industry Development, along with 100 others to various positions. The announcement was made on a Monday in a public service statement signed by Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, the Secretary to the Enugu State Government.

The appointments include seven Special Advisers, six Senior Special Assistants, and 88 Special Assistants, all effective immediately. The other Senior Special Assistants appointed are Barr. Okey Ude (Inter-Party and Mobilisation), Hon. Chinedu Chukwunwike (Party Monitoring), Barr. Peter Chukwujekwu Ogbe (Legal and Regulatory Compliance), Chukwudi Ozoeluba (Boundary and Land Dispute Resolution), and Frank Udemezue (Small and Medium Enterprise Development).

The seven Special Advisers include Chief S.N.C. Nwagu (Conflict Resolution and Mediation) and Hon. Dr Fidelis Odo (Inter-Governmental Affairs and Co-ordination), among others.

The list of Special Assistants covers various roles, including health, environmental protection, and community engagement.
