Obi also revealed that he met with Kayode Fayemi, the former Governor of Ekiti State, during the Thabo Mbeki Africa Day Lecture organized by the Thabo Mbeki Foundation, where Fayemi delivered a keynote address focused on rebuilding and strengthening institutions across Africa.
