PFA Holds Talks with Chelsea Over Treatment of Sterling and Disasi, Ensuring Players' Rights and Well-being

The Professional Footballers Association (PFA) is in discussions with Chelsea FC regarding the treatment of Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi. Both players have been training separately from the senior squad following the decision of head coach Enzo Maresca.

Sterling, one of Chelsea's highest earners, has a contract worth around £200,000 per week with two years remaining. Despite transfer speculations, both players are currently staying at Stamford Bridge.

The PFA is prioritizing the well-being of the players and ensuring they receive proper training, as FIFA regulations prohibit isolating players in a way that could be deemed abusive conduct. The union reminds Chelsea of their obligation to support all contracted players adequately.
