Nigeria Proposes Establishment of Green Climate Finance Bank

On Wednesday, a press conference took place in Abuja to propose the establishment of a Green Climate Finance Bank in Nigeria. The event featured Dr.

Samuel Brown, the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Green Economy, and Hon. Victor Afam Ogen, a co-founder of the initiative.

Other notable attendees included Oluwwfemi Adedip, a former Commissioner for Small and Medium Enterprises in Abia State, and Adaku Osiez, the Clerk of the Committee. Mr.

Cletu Agu also participated in the conference. The proposed bank aims to support green economic initiatives and financing in Nigeria, aligning with global climate goals.
