Polaris Bank Limits VULTe Access for Scheduled Maintenance

Polaris Bank has informed its customers that access to its digital banking platform, VULTe, will be limited for four days due to scheduled system maintenance aimed at enhancing performance and improving user experience. The maintenance will occur nightly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, starting from Friday, April 3, 2026, and ending on Monday, April 6, 2026.

During this period, customers may face difficulties in accessing the app, sending, and receiving funds, which coincides with the Easter holiday. Polaris Bank reassures its customers that the alternative digital platform, PolarisXperi, will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window.

Customers are encouraged to visit the bank's website to onboard or access existing accounts via PolarisXperi. This proactive approach reflects a broader trend among Nigerian banks to conduct scheduled maintenance during non-peak hours to minimize disruption.
