Nigerian Police Arrest 5 Jetty Vandals in Rivers State

The Nigerian Police, specifically the Eastern Port Command, arrested five suspects for allegedly attempting to vandalize the Port Harcourt port complex in Rivers State. The suspects, apprehended while trying to damage iron pipes at the port terminal, were identified by Commissioner of Police Tijani Fatai.

Fatai emphasized the proactive efforts of the police in reducing criminal activities around the port, especially during the festive season. The ongoing investigation aims to deter such vandalism and ensure the protection of government property in the area.
