Police Arrest Suspected Kidnappers and Rescue Victim in Kebbi

In Kebbi, the police arrested suspected kidnappers who had invaded a residence in Sire Village and kidnapped Aliyu Alhaji Buda. The police, with credible intelligence, engaged the abductors in a fierce gun battle in Sada Forest, leading to the rescue of the victim unharmed.

Two suspects, identified as Abubakar Umar and Alia Altin, were apprehended during the operation. Preliminary investigations revealed their involvement in the abduction, along with accomplices.

The case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.
