Police Halt Reform Our Football Protest in Abuja

On April 23, 2026, the Nigeria Police Force, FCT Command, prevented the Reform Our Football group from staging a peaceful protest at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja, which was scheduled for April 24, 2026. The group, led by Leo Olagbay, had formally notified the police of their intent to protest, emphasizing their constitutional right to assemble.
