Court Ruling on Political Parties Raises Electoral Concerns

The Federal High Court in Lokoja, presided over by Justice Peter Lifu, ruled on December 10, 2025, to deregister five political parties, including the African Democratic Congress (ADC), based on a suit filed by the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
