Portable and Efe Carter Set for Boxing Showdown in Lagos

A boxing match featuring social media star Habeeb Portable Badmus and Efe Carter is scheduled to take place on May 1, 2026, at Balmor Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event is organized by Balmor Promotions in partnership with Amir Khan Promotions and will include nine bouts.

Portable, who previously lost to Charl Okocha, is preparing to win two belts and has warned his opponent not to enter the ring lightly. The main bout of the night will symbolize the WBO Peace Fight, with Arenyeka Appah representing the Ijaw community from the Nigeria Delta region.

Appah is set to face an opponent, boasting that he will defeat them in round six, while his opponent dismisses the threat, claiming he will stop Appah in round five.
