Their attorney, Damon Chase, emphasized that the case was settled amicably. The Hinns, who had remarried in 2013 after their initial divorce, acquired significant real estate during their marriage, with their net worth dropping in 2024.

The divorce comes after Suzanne filed for divorce again, with the couple living separately 60 miles apart.
