Chelsea and Aston Villa Drop Points in Premier League

In the Premier League, Chelsea faced Burnley at Stamford Bridge, where they were held to a 1-1 draw. Chelsea initially took the lead through Joao Pedro in the fourth minute but lost control after Weslei Fofana received a red card in the 72nd minute.

Burnley's Zian Flemming scored a late equalizer in the 93rd minute from a James Ward-Prowse corner, leaving Chelsea in fourth place with 45 points. Burnley remains in the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa also drew 1-1 against Leeds United at Villa Park. Tammi Abraham, who returned to the club from Besiktas for £18 million, scored the equalizer in the 88th minute after a stunning free kick from Leeds' Anton Stach had given the visitors the lead.

Villa is currently third with 51 points. Brighton ended a six-match winless streak with a 2-0 victory over Brentford, with goals from Diego Gomez and Danni Welbeck, lifting them to 12th place.
