Everton, Liverpool, and Brentford Secure Premier League Wins

On Saturday, February 28, in the Premier League, Everton FC stunned Newcastle United FC with a dramatic 3-2 victory at St. James' Park.

Jarrad Branthwaite opened the scoring for Everton in the 19th minute, followed by a goal from Beto in the 34th minute. Newcastle responded with goals from Jacob Ramsey and Jacob Murphy, the latter equalizing in the 82nd minute.

However, Thomas Barrie scored shortly after to secure the win for Everton, moving them to eighth place with 40 points, while Newcastle dropped to 12th. At Anfield, Liverpool FC delivered a commanding performance against West Ham United FC, winning 5-2.

Hugo Ekitike scored first, followed by Virgil van Dijk and Alexi Mac Allister. West Ham managed to reduce the deficit through Tomas Soucek, but Liverpool's Cody Gakpo and an own goal from Axel Disasi sealed the victory, keeping Liverpool in fifth place with 48 points.

Brentford FC also secured a narrow 4-3 win against Burnley FC, with Mikkel Damsgaard scoring twice.
