Presco Plc has launched a rights issue to generate N237 billion from existing shareholders through the sale of 166,666,667 ordinary shares priced at N1,420 each. The offer, open from November 12 to December 2, 2025, intends to enhance equity holdings and reinforce support for the company's strategic goals in the edible oil industry.

The funds raised will be directed towards greenfield and brownfield acquisitions, industrial expansion projects, and product capacity enhancements. Shareholders are encouraged to participate in the offer, which is tradable on the NGX platform.
