Presidency accuses Peter Obi of falsehood

The Presidency has accused former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi of spreading falsehoods and making unconstructive criticisms against President Bola Tinubu's government. Special Adviser to Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, criticized Obi for his alleged failure to pass forensic tests with his claims.

Bwala highlighted that the opposition leader's criticisms lack substance and fail to address policy issues. He emphasized that whenever Obi discusses policy matters, his arguments are based on falsehoods.

Bwala urged the opposition to provide constructive criticism rather than spreading misinformation. The Presidency's statement comes in response to Obi's recent remarks on malnutrition and policy issues, with Bwala asserting that Obi's claims do not stand up to scrutiny.
