CNPP Commends President Tinubu for Overdue Sack of Service Chiefs Amid Insecurity

CNPP highlighted the prevalent insecurity across Nigeria during the tenure of the sacked military chiefs, pointing out failures in policy coordination.

The group demanded a comprehensive probe into the tenure of the former service chiefs to determine any negligence or corruption contributing to the country's security challenges. CNPP also called for a complete overhaul of the country's security structure, emphasizing the need to restore the central role of the Nigeria Police Force in domestic security.
