PropaBridge Launches Nigeria's First Verified Property Marketplace

PropaBridge officially launched Nigeria's premier verification-first property marketplace, incorporating an AI WhatsApp concierge to enhance user experience. The platform aims to address the estimated $4 billion annual loss in Nigeria's property market due to fraud, double sales, and unverified transactions.

PropaBridge employs a rigorous three-step verification process that includes physical property inspections, validation of title and legal documents, and confirmation of agent credibility. Properties that fail this verification are not listed, ensuring trust and transparency for buyers.

The AI concierge operates 24/7 via WhatsApp, allowing users to discover verified properties, ask questions, schedule inspections, and receive personalized recommendations in five Nigerian languages: Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Fulfulde, and Nigerian Pidgin. Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Muhammad Muhammad Tukur emphasized the platform's commitment to eliminating fake listings and fears associated with property transactions.

PropaBridge has partnered with various real estate agencies and is currently receiving mentorship through the NextGen Hackathon program, demonstrating early market traction with successful verifications of 63 properties and 80 organized buyer leads without paid marketing expenditures.
