PSG Advances to Champions League Final Against Arsenal

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured a place in the UEFA Champions League final by edging Bayern Munich with a 6-5 aggregate victory. The second leg, held at Allianz Arena, ended in a 1-1 draw on Wednesday night, May 30.

Ousmane Dembélé opened the scoring for PSG with a first-time finish after a brilliant run and assist from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Bayern Munich responded with a late equalizer from Harry Kane in the 94th minute, which was not enough to force extra time.

The match featured controversy, with Bayern players protesting several penalty area incidents involving PSG defender Nuno Mendes and João Neves, although VAR was reportedly not consulted. Kvaratskhelia continued his standout Champions League form, extending his record goal involvement in consecutive knockout matches.

PSG President Nasser Al Khelaifi praised the squad's mental strength and set a target for the final. Arsenal reached their first Champions League final in 20 years with a 2-1 aggregate win over Atlético Madrid, thanks to a decisive goal from Bukayo Saka.
