Pyne Hospitality and MIPAD Partner to Boost Tourism

Pyne Hospitality Company, founded by Amaka Amatokwu Ndekwu, has announced a partnership with MIPAD to boost tourism and hospitality. This collaboration aims to unveil a list of 100 influential people of African descent who are shaping the future of travel, hospitality, and tourism.

The initiative is the first of its kind, providing global recognition to trailblazers in the industry. The recognition event is set against the backdrop of the Pyne Awards Africa 2026, which will take place in Maputo, Mozambique.

This year's theme, "True Excellence," reinforces the shared vision of elevating the contributions of the African diaspora to the global tourism stage. The partnership is designed to serve as a strategic platform for identifying and convening leaders who will shape global travel flows and investment in hospitality infrastructure across Africa, ultimately inspiring the next generation of leaders within the diaspora.
