PZ Cussons Nigeria Board Meeting Resolutions September 2026

PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC (NGX: PZ) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and its shareholders of resolutions passed at its board meeting held on Tuesday, 29th September 2026.

At the meeting, the Board approved the First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st August 2026. The company has not yet released these financial statements to the market as of the filing date.
