Nigerian actress Regina Daniels voluntarily took a drug test amid allegations of substance abuse by her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko. The controversy arose after Regina accused Ned of domestic violence in October 2025, which he denied.

Reports from Seren Royal Hospital allegedly revealed high levels of marijuana, morphine, opiates, cocaine, and alcohol in Regina's system. Ned and his co-wife, Laila Charani, have refuted the claims and requested the public to disregard the information.
