Regus Launches New Co-Working Hub in Abuja's Jabi

Regus, a global workspace provider, has expanded its presence in Abuja by inaugurating a new co-working hub in Jabi. The opening ceremony was attended by business executives and marks the sixth Regus location in Abuja, part of a broader strategy to deepen its footprint across major commercial districts in Nigeria.

Ayo Akinmad, Country Manager for IWG, stated that the new center is designed to provide businesses with ready-to-use office infrastructure, alleviating the burden of maintaining conventional workspaces. The Jabi facility, developed in two phases, currently operates across two levels with nine offices, three meeting rooms, and complementary business support amenities.

The second phase is under construction and is expected to mirror the existing structure. Akinmad emphasized the growing demand for flexible office solutions, noting that businesses prefer plug-and-play environments.

The facility allows clients to access Regus locations worldwide through a monthly subscription. The event also featured a partnership announcement with Logitech to enhance workspace infrastructure.
