Rivers APC Prepares to Welcome Back Suspended Governor Fubara

The Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) expressed readiness to welcome back suspended Governor Siminalayi Fubara as the state prepares for his reinstatement. The APC spokesperson, Darlington Nwauju, urged Fubara to defect to the party upon his return, indicating a potential leadership role for him within the APC.

The party also demanded an accountability report from Vice Admiral Ekwe Ibas (retd), who administered the state during the emergency rule.
