Royal Exchange Plc Achieves Strong Bottom-Line Growth in 2024 Financial Year

Royal Exchange Plc has announced a strong financial performance at its 56th Annual General Meeting in Lagos. The company's Chairman, Kenni Ezenwani Odogwu, highlighted a 110% increase in revenue, reaching N1.614 billion in 2024.

The Profit Before Tax (PBT) also surged by 609% to N1.029 billion, showcasing a remarkable turnaround from the previous year. Royal Exchange Plc aims to consolidate its asset management expertise and drive profitability across its investments.

The appointment of Idu Okeahialam as the new Chief Executive Officer reflects the company's strategic growth agenda and commitment to long-term value creation.
