IHS Tower's Empowerment Initiatives Impacting Thousands in Nigeria

IHS Tower, a global telecom infrastructure company, has significantly impacted Nigeria through its empowerment initiatives since 2001. The company's programs have empowered individuals and organizations, including schools, hospitals, and communities, by providing ICT skills training.

Partnering with the Federal Government of Nigeria, IHS Tower's 3MTT program aims to train three million Nigerians in digital skills. Over 210,000 beneficiaries have been trained across various tech tracks, leading to job opportunities and internships, such as Damilola Makinde's success story of securing a remote job after training in product management.
