SCOA Nigeria PLC Reports N723.8 Million Profit for FY2025

SCOA Nigeria PLC announced a pre-tax profit of N723.8 million for the fiscal year 2025, a notable rise from N27.1 million in the previous year. This improvement is attributed to a combination of lower financial charges and stronger revenue performance.

The company's full-year turnover increased by 40.94% to N8.3 billion, up from N5.9 billion in 2024. Equipment sales were the primary contributor, accounting for 84.61% of total earnings, with N7.07 billion from equipment sales and N1.28 billion from automobile sales.

Financial charges declined to N101.6 million from N599.9 million, while financial income stood at N597.6 million. The tax expense was reported at N245.9 million, leading to a profit after tax of N477.9 million.

The total assets at year-end were valued at N23.9 billion, with cash and cash equivalents closing at N2.7 billion, down from N3.9 billion in 2024. As of February 26, 2026, SCOA Nigeria PLC's shares gained 437% year-to-date, closing at N38.15.
