Nigerian Senate Confirms 64 Ambassadors, Including Prominent Figures, to Boost Foreign Relations

The Nigerian Senate has confirmed 64 ambassadorial nominees, featuring notable personalities such as Mahmood Yakubu, Olufemi Fani-Kayode, and Abdulrahman Bello Dambazzau. The move aims to strengthen Nigeria's foreign relations.

The nominees were thoroughly vetted by the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs. Former Senator Godswill Akpabio was also declared as a confirmed nominee, emphasizing the importance of representing Nigeria positively on the global stage.
