Seplat Energy Plc (NGX: SEPLAT) filed a corporate action notice on 10 June 2026 disclosing that Mr. Christopher Okeke, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 59,994 ordinary shares in the Company. The transaction was executed on 8 June 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £5.732191 per share, bringing his total aggregate acquisition to 59,994 shares at a combined value of approximately £343,900.
Following the purchase, Mr. Okeke's total holding stands at 59,994 shares, representing a voting interest of approximately 0.01% of the Company's total issued shares of 599,944,561.
