Regina Daniels' Mother Denies Reconciliation Rumors

Rita Daniels, the mother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has denied speculation regarding a reconciliation between Regina and her estranged husband, Delta North senator Ned Nwoko. This denial followed Regina's visit to Nwoko's residence over the weekend, which sparked rumors of a reunion due to their previously public and contentious separation.

In a private Instagram chat with actor Uche Maduagwu, which was later shared publicly, Rita clarified that the visit was solely to see Regina's children. Destiny Daniels, Regina's younger sister, echoed this sentiment on her Instagram Story, stating that Regina is "still very much single for now" and attributing her changed appearance to weight gain rather than pregnancy.

The rumors have caused frustration among Nigerians, including celebrities who supported Regina during her separation. Actor Stanley Ontop expressed feeling blindsided by the visit, as he had assured supporters that Regina would not return to Nwoko's house.

Regina and Nwoko were married in May 2019 and share two sons.
