Shettima Inaugurates Kaduna Banquet Hall, Praises Vision

On Tuesday, Vice President Kashim Shettima inaugurated the Kaduna State Art Banquet Hall, a project by the Kaduna State Government. Shettima described the banquet hall as a reflection of purposeful leadership and a means to strengthen governance institutions.

He emphasized the importance of the Federal Government's continued support for Kaduna, highlighting its strategic role in Nigeria's socio-economic framework. The banquet hall, built on a 2.7-hectare site with a 5,000 square meter area, can accommodate 1,000 guests for banquets and 1,300 in a theater configuration.

Governor Uba Sani noted that the hall is designed to host diplomats and facilitate international conferences, aiming to foster partnerships for development. Former Kaduna State Governor Ahmed Makarfi commended the project for being completed in record time and urged the government to honor past leaders.

The facility is seen as a strategic investment to modernize Kaduna State and enhance its cultural engagement.
