VP Shettima Frees 59 Inmates and Supports Orphans in Bauchi

To mark his 59th birthday, Nigeria's Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, facilitated the release of 59 inmates serving various prison terms in Bauchi Correctional Facility. The gesture, organized by the North East Youths Parliament and the APC Youth Parliament, also included financial aid to 59 orphans across the state.

The event aimed to celebrate Shettima's commitment to humanitarian service. The Chairman of the Parliament highlighted Shettima's impact on the North East region, likening him to the late Prime Minister Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa.

The financial aid provided to the inmates and orphans symbolized Shettima's dedication to serving humanity.
