Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 28th September 2026, in Lagos. The meeting has been convened specifically to approve the company's unaudited financial statements for the period ending 30th September 2026.
Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc (NGX: STERLINGNG) has filed a formal notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting in Lagos on Wednesday, 28th September 2026. The sole purpose of the meeting, as stated in the filing dated 18th September 2026, is to approve the company's unaudited financial statements for the period ending 30th September 2026.
In connection with this corporate action, the company has declared a closed period for trading in its shares, which commenced on 1st October 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the unaudited financial statements are officially released on the floor of the NGX.
During this closed period, the company's directors and all other insiders are expressly restricted from dealing in Sterling Financial Holdings securities, in line with standard NGX regulatory requirements. The notice was signed by Sunny Kanabe, the Company Secretary, on behalf of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.
