Nigeria Wins Against P&ID, Dismisses $2.35B Claim

In October 2023, Nigeria won a legal battle against Process & Industrial Developments (P&ID) Limited, which sought to enforce an $11 billion fraudulent judgment. The tribunal identified Mr. Leno Adesanya, the promoter of SPTCL, as the mastermind behind a corrupt scheme involving public officials.
