SWAGA Leaders Endorse Tinubu, Oyebanji for Re-election

Leaders of the SWAGA group have expressed their support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji. During the SWAGA 2.0 event held in Ado Ekiti, they urged voters to re-elect Oyebanji in the governorship election scheduled for June 20, 2026.

The group aims to achieve a target of 500,000 votes to secure a decisive victory for Oyebanji, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming election in strengthening Tinubu's presidency. Key figures at the event included Oyebanji, Deputy Governor Monisad Afuy, Speaker Adeoy Aribasoye, former Governor Segun Oni, and Dr.

Ife Arowosoge. Adedayo Adeyey, the chairman of the Nigeria Port Authority and SWAGA's president, highlighted Oyebanji's achievements in office and called for mass voter turnout.
