Egypt, Nigeria, Tunisia, Algeria Secure Spots for London 2026 Table Tennis Championship

Egypt, Nigeria, Tunisia, Algeria, and other African countries have qualified for the London 2026 ITTF World Team Championship following their impressive performances in the 2025 ITTF Africa Championship. Egypt, Nigeria, and Algeria secured their spots by dominating their respective groups, while Tunisia qualified as the host nation.

The championship will feature 64 teams per gender, with 52 qualifying from continental championships and 11 based on world rankings. The event, marking the 100-year anniversary of the ITTF, will take place from April 28 to May 10, 2026, in London.
