APC Chairman Slams Tambuwal's 8-Year Rule as Failure

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Sokoto State, Hon Isah Sadeeq Achida, criticized the 8-year administration of former Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, labeling it a "monumental failure" for not delivering on democracy dividends. Achida accused Tambuwal of leaving behind a state filled with abandoned projects and deliberately not handing over properly to the current Governor Ahmed Aliyu.

He praised Governor Aliyu for his financial management and accountability since taking office. Achida hinted at Tambuwal's possible senatorial election bid but noted his dependence on political godfather Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko.
