Tantalizers PLC Reports N83.6 Million Profit for 2025

Tantalizers PLC released its audited financial statement for the year ending December 2025, reporting a pretax profit of N83.6 million, a significant recovery from a loss of N259.5 million in 2024. The company's net revenue rose to N1.29 billion, up from N1.19 billion the previous year, driven by steady sales growth across its core restaurant operations.

The increase in revenue was supported by higher income and lower administrative expenses, which contributed to a positive bottom line. Total assets surged to N13.3 billion, with Taintain Ltd, an entertainment subsidiary, accounting for N7.5 billion of this amount, making it the company's largest asset.

Tantalizers' total system revenue for the financial year reached N2.9 billion, translating to a net revenue growth of 7.7% year-on-year. The company faced net financial costs of N58.3 million but still managed to rebound to a pretax profit of N83.6 million.

Total equity increased to N4.7 billion from N1.17 billion in 2024, while total liabilities rose to N8.6 billion compared to N1.5 billion the previous year.
